Hi,
  AIDA 64 EXTREME is saying: VRM 107 °C  (225 °F)
and   HWMonitor is saying:            TMPIN6   118 C

whats the meaning?

VRM regulates voltage to your CPU and other components. they shouldn't be getting that hot!

I'd argue that you should probably drop the overclock a little bit.. Your not just running a multiplier OC, but a voltage one as well aren't you.

Add some heatsinks on the vrm's, add in a fan blowing across them and you'll be seeing lower temps.  Drop the voltage OC down .01 or .025 volts even.. drop your OC just a little (bet your cpu temps are on the high side too if you're air cooled.

As scythefwd points out, you're pushing too much voltage on your overclocking.

Looking at your pictures it shows your CPU voltage is hitting over 1.5 V and your DRAM voltage is over 1.8 V. Shocked

Your DRAM voltage is dangerously high and I'm actually surprised your PC hasn't melted your RAM.
