I just upgraded my board to a Fatal1ty X470 Gaming-ITX/ac with a Ryzen 2400G.  I am running Windows 10 with the newest AMD Chipset and Graphics drivers.  I am going through a Dennon X2300w to a Vizio P65-C1.  If I set  my resolution higher than 3840X2160p @ 29hz my screen will flash black for a few seconds every minute or two. I am on Bios 1.11A I have even tried reinstalling Windows.  My previous motherboard did not have issues and ASUS B350M-E and I also have an Asrock J4205-itx connected through the receiver that does 4k@60hz without issue.

Any Ideas before I ship it back to Newegg?

Thanks, I will look into this.  Tested a little more with Libreelec today and had no issues using 4k@60 resolution, so seems it might just be a Windows issue.  I am also going to try and install Ubuntu today to see how that goes.

Running Kubuntu Linux 18.04 from a USB stick for 3 hours now set at 4k@60hz with no issues.  Must be some kind of windows driver issue.

So after more testing, I installed Kubuntu on my M.2 Samsung Evo 960 that Windows was on and ran into problems as well.  So it seems to be a problem with the M.2 sata and the board. Seems whatever os is on the M.2 has the issue.  I am emailed my results to Support.

every electronic component makes some sort of noise (EMI)
if your current cable acts as antenna, ull get issues, either get some clap-on ferrites/decent high quality cables with ferrites to reduce that noise or dont use that m2 :)
