AB350M - DRAM performance is low with OC CPU

   I wanted to overclock the DRAM and found some bugs.

ASRock AB350M
Ryzen 5 1600
HyperX Predator HX432C16PB3K2/16

We have three UEFI (2018):
P4.60, P4.50, P4.40.

CPU overclocking is degrease DRAM performance in P4.60, P4.50. DRAM overclocking give nothing in this situation. But it really works. I can change a frequency, timings and DRAM voltage.

DRAM performance is normal with CPU overclocking in P4.40.

I can change timings.

I cannot force DRAM voltage. It fixed like to XMP value (1.35 V). Increase is reset (to 1.35 V) after system reboot.

I use P4.40 for today, but want to change a DRAM Voltage.
Help me
please!
