The RGB strip doesn't seem to work properly.
Only red and green cycling color.
Any other way of fixing this would be much appreciated.

Dear CalamityJames,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

According to your question, we provide some suggestions for verifying:

1. Please make sure the RGB strip is installed correctly. (Page 44)

2. Please refer to the user manual to clear CMOS. http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/AB350%20Pro4.pdf

3. Please re-install the RGB strip to verify.

4. If possible, please install another RGB LED strip.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD

There are several different pinout RGB strips out there meaning one size does not fit all.

Most strips are designed to work with a particular brand. That said, the only real differences are pinout and voltage. So long as the strip is 12v you can modify the connector and change the pinout to suit your board header.

Pin 1 - 12v
Pin 2 - Green
Pin 3 - Red
Pin 4 - Blue

The strip should have it's pinout marked on it or in the documentation that came with it. Match the pinouts and you should get all the colors working.
