I ve bought new ASRock Z370 Extreme4. There is a problem when I turn on the power supply: Looks like MB works in standby voltage mode, but It produces a high-frequency sound. The approximate place of sound is below on the picture   Cheiftec GPM-650s. Changing the power supply to the old one does not help
