M H110M HDV R3.0 usb problem

   Hi, im having one strange trouble, i bought one new motherboard h110m hdv r3.0 and 2 days ago i changed my power supply evga 600w 80 plus white to another one STE coguar 600w 80 plus, now when im writting i can see how sometimes my keyboard do strange things for example, i wrote how are you and the keyboard type how rae you, or sometimes it change me one letter for another similar, for example "quite for Guite" with g, and when i do left click with my mouse sometimes does right click, everything is conected via usb on my motherboard, maybe is the new power supply failing? or are the usb? i already passed antivirus and i reinstalled the drivers in the administration panel.
Also i have one rx 570 aorus, this one have one sensitive led what detecteds abnormal voltajes and when this problem pass i can see how the led start to blink.

Maybe i have to get a new psu ? only have 3 days and i can tell this to the vendor to get a new one, also the motherboard only have 15 days but is one problem reinstall all the components.

What you say guys, someone can bring me one hand to resolve this trouble?.

One aditional info; When i installed the motherboard for the first time, when the pc was going to power off my monitor by no use, it turns back but never turn off, but this was with out drivers so i think what dont matters, after installing cpu drivers the monitor turns off correctly.
