After updating my Z370 Pro 4 motherboard to version 3.1 from 2.0, changing the CSM to disabled and turning on secure boot. Everything started up fine. Also after a restart nothing was wrong. But when I shut my computer down and wanted to start it again nothing happened. After a while and trying multiple times I unplugged the power and reset the motherboard via the jumper pins. This resulted in me being able to boot up again. I tried different things and eventually reverted back to version 2.0 where it did work. Could this be because I have a TPM 2.0 module installed, is the update faulty or am I doing something wrong?
