Asrock taichi x399 cpu temps

   I just turned on my threadripper 1900x build. Went into the bios and it shows at idle my cpu temp is 69c. That seems high. I have the high end Noctua heatsink.
Isnt 68c the max temp for threadripper? What gives?

	Tctl or Tctrl (idle 60-70°) is the Tdie temp (idle 30-40°) plus the threadripper offset of 27°.
