ASROCK INTEL 1151 Z370 PRO4 USB pors don't work

   I have motherboard ASROCK INTEL 1151 Z370 PRO4. After 7 mounths of use, yasterday, my USB ports just stop working. I can't go even in to the BIOS because keyboard don't work after I startup my PC. I tried with other keyboard, same problem, and on another PC that keyboard works.

I even pulled out COMS battery, and put it in back, and didn't helped. Is there any other solution to try or this is tehnical problem of motherboard? Ty
