I have an X299 TAICHI XE LGA 2066 board. I have installed windows and linux on two separate NVME SSDs. I installed Windows, then Linux. After the Linux installation I use F11 during boot to bring up the UEFI's boot device options. This worked fine for a day or so. Now, however, trying to select a device using the up/down arrow keys does not seem to change the selection. I did notice that if I move the mouse across the screen, the screen updates wherever the mouse has been. So dragging the mouse around shows that I have changed the selection using the arrow keys, but you can't tell until the mouse highlights those pixels of the screen. The refreshing of the boot selection menu does not seem to be updating. I have restore the defaults of the UEFI but that does not seem to make any difference.

Any suggestions to restoring the proper working of the boot device menu?
