Can someone confirm that Z170 OC formula has offset mode for OC CPU?

	You can't tell if it does in the manual, but I'm sure it does. Skylake processors changed from the Haswell design with the on-CPU voltage regulators. So the Z170 boards have Manual and Offset modes for the CPU voltage. My ASRock Z170 Extreme7+ board has Offset mode, so a board meant for extreme over clocking like the Z170 OC Formula will definitely have it too.
