I have one question: I do not want to use the pcie1 slot for my graphics card.
Is there workaround way to install vga to other pcie slot and output?

If you mean using pcie 2 instead of pcie 1 yes but performance may take a toll....some motherboards may not allow for such an action tho

x399 taichi has 2 pci-e @16x thats pci-e 1 & 4

pci-e 2 & 5 seems will reduce to 8x but that doesn't really affect graphics performance

Dear Anachronica,

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.

This board primary graphic is set at the first PCIe slot (PCIE1) so there might be the situation where there will be no graphic output on other PCIe slots unless the system is post into OS.

We still recommend connecting to PCIE1 slot when using only one graphics card.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD
