Fatal1ty X470 Gaming-ITX/ac not booting

My setup does not boot. I can turn on it, fans spin, if I press the power button it shutdowns correctly.

I do have a speaker con ected but it does not emit any sound, even with no ram on.

The setup is:
Fatal1ty X470 Gaming-ITX/ac
Bios: 1.10
Ryzen 2700x
Ddr corsair 2x16gb 3000mhz
nvidia 1080

I have tried a different gpu but no luck. It has the minimum connections, fan, led and front panel.

I have found this thread that points that it might need a bios update using a APU:

[/ QUOTE] me pasa algo parecido, con una asrock ab350 fatal1ty gaming 4k, sólo enciende el led rojo del chipset pero de resto nada enciende, ni los fans leds, ni siquiera el disipador.
