just aquired an asrock 990fx killer board hope get running soon pre used but will be last am3+ nxt looking at asrock fatality x370 ryzen or similar any feedback on these boards thnks

Doesn't matter whose board it is. In the last 20 years I have only had 1 board last more than 3 years. The average is about 2 years.

seems asrock boards only last 5 years now il try different manufacturer yr loss

both win 7 and xp 32 n 64 bit none will complete install with locking up halve way installed changed memeory and cpu built new pc with the existing memeory cpu graphic card and sound card which installed first time no problems

i built a N68-ge3 ucc pc and a N68 s3 ucc pc in 2012 2 months apart and now neither will install windows any version it gets about 70 percent installed then both lock up and need restart ive changed cpus memory boards graphic cards but cannot install is this a chipset failure ??? can anyone throw any light on this , not a complaint just a reference as i have a 939 sata pc built in 2005 still works but too slow would like to understand why the newest 2 wont install windows and locks up ,,, thnks
