Ive been looking for a while now for an x470 am4 board, and my only real concern is power delivery and future proofness, i have an extremely low budget so i always buy a premium motherboard which should be operational for at least 10 years. (been using P45 with Q6600 since 2006 lol).
So actually 3 questions
-Will the x470 Taichi power delivery be enough for Ryzen 3000 series? I will probably go for high clocked 8 core instead of 10 or 12 core
-Will the bios be compatible in a timely fashion?
-is 2933 Mhz really the highest guaranteed speed for any 3000Mhz+ low latency samsung B-die and why? (dont see any dimms rated above 2933 Mhz in the memory compatibility list)
Thx in advance

PS im planning to install a Ryzen 2600x for now maybe upgrade in 2 years orso to 3000 or 4000 series if applicable

Support - sure. Support ALL bells and whistles - no.

For the basic part the CPU will run and work, but just like with the new Ryzens PBO and newer features will require newer chipsets, if only to force you to buy a new mobo. AMD said it themselves that AM4 is here to stay until 2020.

i'd surely not say it would force you to get a new chipset if comparing with the blue team which straight out doesnt work even with no new features and the same socket XD
