New build PC and the PC will boot fine and the BIOS recognizes both sticks of RAM but it won't enable Dual Channel and I can't clock the RAM above the 2133. I've tried swapping the RAM sticks between A2 and B2 and I've tried moving both sticks to A1 and B1 but it still boots to single channel mode. I've also tried manually enabling the RAM to run at 3200, 2933 and 2400 but each time it fails to boot. Also, Windows 10 is only recognizing 8 of the 16 gigs but I don't think that has anything to do with the BIOS. I've also tried booting into Windows with each stick of RAM individually and Windows boots fine with either stick by itself.
