Long time OC Formula user here. (Z77 , Z87 , Z170). But since there is no Z370 OC Formula so I bought Z370 Taichi instead. You can bring these options to other ASRock Z370 as well. In my country low end ASRock motherboard are also popular expecially the Z370 Pro 4. There are many people hitting DDR4-4400 with that little board. Possibly even more if you add these options !! 1.Please add boot failure guard count. Sometimes my RAM need to train several times not just 2-3 times and give up and reset to default. Boot Failure Guard Count will save a lot of time for me. 2.Please add rising slope and falling slope for memory OC. These options already present on Z170 OC Formula. Can gain another hundreds of Mhz for RAM. I can't find pic about slope on Z170 OC Formula on Google but here is on ASUS. 3.(option) This is not present on Z170 OCF but it happen on ASUS. If ASRock can do this for me will be greatly appreciate. DRAM Data REF. Quiet necessary when pushing RAM to limit like 4000 12-11-11-28-1T. 4.(option) This is not present on Z170 OCF but it happen on ASUS. If ASRock can do this for me will be greatly appreciate. ODT Duration / Delay. On Z370 Taichi there are 6 ODT settings but still no ODT Duration / Delay. Quiet necessary also when pushing RAM to limit like 4000 12-11-11-28-1T. 5.(option) This is not present on Z170 OCF but it happen on ASUS. If ASRock can do this for me will be greatly appreciate. Adaptive Voltage and ability to control AVX load voltage. Offset voltage is way too high when AVX is engaged. Thank you for consideration.

Can't edit post so I need to reply. Another things that I need. 1.DRAM Boot voltage and eventual voltage. On high speed DDR4 boot voltage may need higher than actual voltage. This option already present on Z170 OC Formula 2.More settings on VRM switching frequency. Also this can be useful for high Ghz. BIOS 3.20 already allow user to select between 300KHz to 600Khz. However OC Formula allow upto 1Mhz.

It would be nice if someone from ASRock staff answered us
You can attract millions of potential customers by introducing an option for Adaptive Overclocking.
I have been involved in selling hardware for many years and the only reason why many customers buy an Asus motherboard instead of ASRock is just the missing Option for Adaptive Overlcoking !!! Of course, you can easily overclock the CPU with offset, but the Adaptive mode is much more practical and therefore much more interesting for customers. Even with a better bios options description (instead of just plain btw. little term) you can attract the majority of Asus customers to your products! Do it and you will notice that the sales of your products are increasing dramatically, for sure! Actually, your products are really good, there's only a little bit of bios options left to get a Crown in Hardware industry! Sincerely, your customer Edited by swdluxxer - 21 Oct 2018 at 8:27pm |

At least they should add options that already exist on Z170 OC Formula.
