Update bios to the latest version and see if that helps

Hello there,
I have an ASRock A88M-G/3.1 motherboard that I just bought a TPM module for, namely a Nuvoton NPCT650 TPM2.0. However, the TPM is not recognized neither in Windows 10 nor in the UEFI setup - nothing is shown on the TPM slot on the graphical representation of the motherboard. I've read that you need a special firmware to use TPM 2.0 with some boards, could that be the case for mine? If not, what else could be the problem? Thank you in advance for your time! :) |
