x470 Taichi - CPU Fan and LED always on!

   Hi,
When I power off my x470 Taichi, the wraith CPU Fan and its LED remain on - unless I hard power off the computer with the power supply rocker.

How do I change this behavior? Must be a bios setting - but I can't find it!
