   The power cable of the CPU was different from the mobo https://imgur.com/a/SWYOuoG#Y7CnVN3  I wonder if this can cause problems.And about the GPU, what's better 2 power cables or just one cable splitter?

Edit: I managed to fix most of the lag, it was caused by Corsair service, however rarely there are still some little lags and Edge's icon is still white. 
May I know which drivers are need for gaming: realtek, INF and stop? The next time I will avoid to install the others.
Edit2: well now I have lag in firefox menus and windows folders, it's not caused by any service.
Edit3: I was wondering if this motherboard supports virtual surround.
