Asrock B450M Pro4 beeps 3 times

   I recently bought some new pc parts and setup my pc, I tried turning it on and the lights and fans went on but then after like 8 seconds it turn off and then turns back on and does that over and over. I plugged in the speaker and got 6 beeps at first with 2 ram sticks in, then I took one out and it gave me 3 beeps, I'm not sure exactly what the issue is.

B450M Pro4
EVGA 600W BA
16GB XPG Adata
Thermaltake S100
