   X99 Taichi mb is apparently dead. Verified power supply does not get response from board.
It seems a shame to throw out the board since it appears perfectly clean with no visible soldering faults, no blown capacitors. So it would appear that there is some problem with the power input.
Could this board be refurbished?
By AsRock?
By third party?
Are there any tools available to test a motherboard?
Surely the manufacturers have specialized tools to verify their motherboards!
Any suggestions would be welcome.
