W480 Creator unknown error code

   My pc stopped booting up so I opened up the case and was greeted with an error I have never seen before it's a 'n' with a line above it. 

I have reseated everything, swapped out ram, and even a known working power supply from another PC. 

Unplugged all the case buttons, usb3, gpu, swapped out the Cmos battery, etc. And still it just shows this error the moment I give it power.

	After multiple tries, I just decided to buy a new motherboard.
