ARRock Z87 E4 - No POST after 4 years, Error 10

   Hi, I have a Z87 Extreme 4 that I have been using for the last 4 years as a media center, rarely goes to sleep or restart.  Just yesterday it crashed and I have not been able to restart to BIOS/UEFI NO POST, I just see a error 10 right away on Dr. Debug LED.
No display of UEFI
All fans start.

I reset BIOS using the standard method
removed all HD
switched around RAM
switched to secondary BIOS
removed GPU

I am trying to eliminate memory issue; if I remove all memory what error should I be seeing, all I see is error 10 right away and just hangs.

Any ideas what other steps I can take to identify issue? 
I wish I could just replace just one devise but no one sells this MB any more.

I am also not familiar with memory troubleshooting, with the ram I have can I test using one stick at a time?
