Half of my ram is hardware reserved

Hello can you please help me?
I have an issue that half of my 8Gigs are hardware reserved and I tried everything, if you guys could help me i would appreciate it!
specs:
Asrock a320m hdv r4.0
2x4 GB kingston 2400mhz
Ryzen 5 1600x

Remove the RAM from the system, make sure the contacts are clean then reinstall it.
Make sure it is properly seated in the slot, most often with this issue the problem
is the RAM not making proper contact with the slot.

I already did it, changed the configuration, and cleaned them

Check them one by one with Memtest86. I had similar issue with memory which sampled some Carlsberg beer

Thank you guys I solved it! It was a bad ram stick which caused the problem
