AB350 Pro4 ethernet dead?

   I turned on my computer the other day and noticed I had no wired network connection. I tried a different ethernet cable to my router and a different port on my router, as well as direct connection to my modem. The device does not show up in device manager. The top light is lit solid orange. Is there anything else I can do to try to get it working?
