Board model:x370 taichi
BIOS version:4.80
CPU:ryzen 7 1700
RAM:16 ddr2400

I cannot get my rig to boot using a GPT drive. I have tried using every combo of settings in the bios and nothing seems to work. Is this a firmware issue? Any thoughts would be great.

I updated my bios and with help from Asrock support I finally got it working. All that is left to do is upgrade my cpu for win11

Glad you got it sorted Bamabigfoot. The x370 Taichi is a great board, I still have
mine up and running since it launched. Solid board and I love the color scheme.
AM4 really was a great move by AMD, being able to install 5 generations of CPU
on the same socket/board is brilliant.

Enjoy the upgrade once you get it
