As wardog said, it's in your board's manual.

But what do you mean by "reset bios"?

If you mean to load the default option settings, that option is in the Exit screen, Load UEFI Defaults.

If you mean to clear the UEFI/BIOS, which also loads the default values, that is done with the Clear CMOS Jumper on the board.

Some ASRock boards have a Clear CMOS button, which may be on the board's IO panel, or on the board itself. Since there are 22 models of Z97 boards made by ASRock, you'll need to check your board's manual if the board has a Clear CMOS button, and to find its location.
