Cannot enter windows or BIOS after build new Pc

   Hello guy. I just build a new pc today. After turn on Pc, monitor displayed the asrock logo, the windows 11 login then it's all black while my pc was still running(led and fan run). I tried again by hit f2 or del key to enter bios but still black. The last thing I do is install window 10 by USB but black again when i hit "Install Now". Can anybody find solutions to fix this error, I mean did it have error with hardware or software.(If i hit f11 and f6, it show "Boot Menu and Instant Flash" and not black). Thank you very much. Specs: 16gb gsklll ripjaw,r5 2600, asrock b450m pro-4. Psu 650w. Thank you very much.
