X670E Taichi Carrara Hibernation broken

   If "Deep Sleep" option in bios is set to "Enabled in S4 & S5" then after starting from hibernation, the USB ports don't work and the onboard LAN is not detected. If Deep Sleep option is set to disabled then everything works fine.
This issue does not happen in bios version 2.10 and only happens in versions 3.01, 3.05 and 3.06.
I have been using 7950x with version 2.10 and now I have updated bios for 9950x. I want to turn off power to USB in hibernation that is why I want to use "Enabled in S4 & S5"  but then the system does not resume from hibernation properly. Is there a way to fix this?.
