How to raise bclk in bios. (z370 gaming itx)

   I want to raise my bclk in the bios to overclock my cpu. Whenever I try to set it higher (100.1,100.2, etc) it wont boot. I can change my bclk with the f-stream app inside of windows without problems. What is the secret to get my pc to boot after changing it via the bios? I have made sure that none of the frequencies are abnormally high.

I sent tech support an email on monday but have yet to receive a response.
