I have an Z690 Phantom Gaming-ITXTB4

I can confirm that Asus Q Connector for Rog Maximus Extreme, ASUS PRIME B550M-A, CROSSHAIR VI VIII HERO WIFI and others fit ASROCK's motherboards that use a 9-pin header (also known as a 10-1 pin header). This is a standard layout for many motherboards and includes connections for the power switch, reset switch, HDD LED, and power LED.

It's actually 2x5 female connector with long pins, if you can stand a generic one with no print you can buy them at aliexpress for a few cents a piece or at at a local electronics store that will probably charge you about $1
