Is INTEL XTU Software Disabled on some boards£

   I have an 14700K and wanted to OC using XTU!, I use the Asrock Z790M-ITX WiFi MB.

Problem is is that it's just not supported, I have turned off Core Isolation and turned all Intel OC settings in the bios but I am still getting the same "The platform does not support overclocking. Please check Intel K- and X-series Processors.

Is it true that this board doesn't allow for XTU?
