Board, Lights, Fans Power Up but No Visual Display

   Hello,
Just installed a E3C242D4U2-2T with a E-2174G. Everything turns on such as the fans, lights, no beeping, etc. However, no video signal is displayed. I've tried multiple cords and monitors. 

I do not see any CMOS reset even though the manual states there's a jumper. Any assistance from anyone here?
