B365 Phantom Gaming 4 RGB Issue

   I have the motherboard named in the topic of this post. I am unable to get the onboard RGB to work correctly. Whenever I switch a device off, it stays on. THe ARGB header does not work. When I enable the other RGB  headers they enable other devices.
