M2 Device shows in bios but cannot be found by windows10 64bit.

Dear Johusan, Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. Please right click the Windows Start button to enter the Disk Management page. Then check if the M.2 SSD is appearing under the Disk Management. If yes, please try to right click the M.2 SSD to allocate the volume as a usable disk. After that, M.2 SSD could be used and displayed under Windows environment. But if the M.2 SSD cannot be detected under Disk management, please provide the model name for us. We will do further check and help for you. Thanks! All the best, ASRock TSD |
