TPM 2.0 support and Windows 11 (intel)

I've got a CyberPowerPC with an ASRock Z370 Pro4-CB mobo and an Intel I7-8700K @ 3.7 GHz.

Per the other post on this forum (https://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=19692&title=windows-11-installation-compatibility) about how to prepare an ASRock mobo for Windows 11, I disabled CSM and then enabled Intel Platform Trust Technology. I restarted after each step.

After I disabled CSM and restarted, the computer booted normally. After I disabled Intel Platform Trust Technology and rebooted, the computer said, "Preparing Automatic Repair" and gave me the option to "Continue," "Troubleshoot," or "Turn off your PC." When I chose "Continue," it would not boot and returned me back to the same place. So, I am forced to choose "Troubleshoot." I've been stuck in this loop and can't find a way out besides returning the UEFI settings to default. But then I can't pass the Windows 11 Health Check because TPM 2.0 isn't enabled.

I've also tried changing the "Physical Presence Spec Version" from 1.3 to 1.2 based on what I saw in this YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QCqgOsiQrXg. That had the same effect of preventing the computer from booting.

I'm out of ideas. Can anyone help? Both my mobo chipset and CPU are on the Win 11 supported list.

The bios for your unit is from the CyberPowerPC group. You would be better served at their support site.

I am having TPM 2.0 module issues like most in this thread. Mine is on an H81M-HDS version 1.05 with bios 2.30 currently. Can anyone shed some light on this here or in my thread - https://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=44801&PID=127550🈾

I have here three ASRock Intel motherboards with integrated processor: N3150M, J3160DC-ITX and Q1900-ITX. As all these motherboards have 17pin TPMS1 header my intention was to add TPM 2.0 chips, so I ordered them.

All three TPM chips are working without any problems on N3150M and J3160DC-ITX. However, Q1900-ITX is problematic and none of the TPM chips work on this motherboard.

I tried to update BIOS and made sure BitLocker is turned off. But problem must be in BIOS, on Q1900-ITX in BIOS\Advanced\Trusted Computing when I enable Security Device Support is says Current Status Information SUPPORT TURNED OFF.

I can also add that on N3150M and J3160DC-ITX color of the BIOS is blue/black but on Q1900-ITX brown/black.

Any ideas please? Can we expect that BIOS supporting TPM 2.0 will be released if there is TPM header on the motherboard?
