How tight are your memory timing from their "stock"?
Also, where are the sticks voltages from stock? |

When there is no display do you see error codes on your motherboard's LED readout? The numbers it displays will be explained in your user manual. After some quick research it seems to be quite a common problem on the X99 platform and is most often RAM related but I don't want to speculate. The error codes on your LED readout will tell us what is going on and give us a proper starting point to figure out your problem.
