Keyboarb not work at windows boot

   Hi,

the usb keyboard does not work when windows starts but when windows is started, if i unplug and replug the keyboard then it works. I have tried all the usb ports. The keyboard on another pc works fine. how I can to solved?

My kb is the model B760M-H2/M.2.
