Just browsing over everyone's posts and the actual responses to many of them are just completely ignored or another forum person steps in to help out.
No email or contact info to directly get in contact with an actual customer support (I see many people having issues specifically with b450m RGB polychrome) and nothing. No official tag of ASRock saying hey we see that you are having issues, lets try and help you with that. I do know that when I go to upgrade my mobo I will not be buying from this company for anything. What a joke. |
