B540 Steel Legend USB power off

   Hi there!

I own the B540 Steel Legend and I searched the whole BIOS. Maybe I didnt find it but I dont want the USB ports to have power when the PC is turned off. At this point, when I turn off my PC, the LEDs on my USB Dongle are still on. So they must get power from the USB port. I dont want this. How can I disable this?
