Polychrome doesn't see SL B40M RGB?

   Hi, been having some frustrating with the Polychrome app. It does not see the RGB IO Cover, Heatsink, and cannot sync my Antec RGB fans, which means I cannot control it. They are all greyed out in the Onboard LED section.

I've tried the 'bin' reset, and sometimes these devices show up for a few moments, but they quickly disappear again. 

My set up is a fan/RGB hub with four fans and three pin RGB running into the 'addressable RGB' header on an AsRock Steel Legend B40M motherboard. I also have T-Force RGB RAM, which the app can see.

It's really strange that an AsRock motherboard doesn't work with Polychrome. I'm just running the standard version, not the new beta of Polychrome.

Can anyone provide any info on why this might be happening? Is it me, or the board? Thanks for your time and help :)
