A320M-DGS Ram problem

   Hi my English is not good but i try show my problem.

i have problem with memory becouse i got ryzen 5 2600 and memory Patriot Viper 2x8gb 3200mhz xmp 2.0 ready.XMP doesnt if i take xmp option ON computer before start must reset 3 times.Memory have only 2133mhz in dual channel if i click computer-properties i See 16gb but 7,93 avalibe my bios is updated if i insert single memory i have 8gb ram but dual gives me 7,93 avalibe 8gb has a reserved for system its motherboard error?

i tested this two memory in single channel and work both work
