AB350M PRO4 doesn't boot from reboot

   Doesn't boot up from reboot.
No matter windows or bios menu.
It doesn't boot up from reboot.
Fan spins but no post.
Everytime I have to force shut down and boot up again.
Reseted cmos, changed bios version but the problem is still there.

Asrock ab350m pro4
Ryzen5 1600 OC 3.6ghz(stock volt)
Geil Evo Spear 2400mhz 4x4 gb ram(xmp profile-stock volt)
Gtx 1060 6gb OC 2025mhz(stock volt)
PSU thermaltake litepower 450w
Bios 5.10
