B450 pro4 ryzen 5 3600

   Hello everyone. I need some experience people to comment on my post please. The rest can also advise me about their experience.
My situation is this: i want to overclock my processor and ram. Ryzen 5 3600 processor to 4.2ghz and ram to 3600mhz(Corsair Vengeance lpx CMK16GX4M2D3600C18 3600mhz 2x8gb). I dont know about any of voltage stuff; of how should i gonna achieve this. 
My pc restarts over and over by default settings. My bios is at P4.50 version.
