Motherboard: ASRock B650M-HDV/M.2

CPU: Ryzen 5 7600x

RAM : Corsair Vengeance RGB 2 x 16GB, 6000 MHz, DDR5-RAM, DIMM

GPU: RTX 2070 Super

When i turn on PC GPU is lighting up, CPU Fan works but no video input. RAM RGB doesnt light up. There are red lights on mobo. On DRAM and CPU. What does it mean, what can i do ?

Make sure your CPU 8pin connector is connected and it's the correct cable. The
PCIe 8pin cable can be forced into the CPU 8pin socket so make sure it's the correct
one (should be a 4+4 cable not a 6+2).

What ended up being the fix for this? I'm having the same issue right now with a new build.
