Got a new B650E PG-ITX WiFi board just today and it won't boot. I installed the 7500F CPU, Corsair 6200 32 GB RAM and GTX 1660 graphic card. When I power on, the power LED keeps blinking quickly (around 2 times per second) and won't boot. The fans would turn on normal but nothing on the screen. I have a 9700X as well. When I installed that CPU and turn on, the power LED stay on but nothing will show on the screen (probably BIOS hasn't been updated yet).
What is the cause of this strange behavior? I have already replaced the B650E PG-ITX board and the sets of RAM, so these two can be ruled out. The 7500F is brand new, I just got it today. And the PSU was powering my old AM4 system 2 weeks ago. I am really puzzled. |

How long did you wait? the blinking is the memory training. It's been awhile since my first boot but I want to say 5 mins or more..
