AMD 5600g, Steel Legend 550m and VRAM

   I have a 5600g and a 550m(bios3.4) and am using it as my GPU. I recently upgraded to 32gigs of RAM in hopes to increase my VRAM size.  In the bios I have changed iGPU Configuration to UMA_SPECIFIED and increased the frame buffer size to 16GB.  When I look it in Windows/steam/AMD/games/etc... it only shows 2048MB.  Is there something else I need to do?
