Z390 Phantom gaming X + 9900 k BCLK OC

   According to z390 Phantom Gaming X and It specs It can be Bclk overclocked in k and non k versions with Hyper BCLK Engine II tech.

I can do 36 * 114 MHZ un cores for 5.124 and uncore 31*114 MHZ and memory 3200 yo 3290. I see more smothness than doing with multiplier and beige more stable.

I want yo know if in this MB and Intel 9 gen if I do Bclk oc instead multiplier I can mess with ssd, pcie, GPU and break something...
