Running i9 9820x
32 GB gskill 4133 (same memory on the hcl for the mobo)
Geforce 2080 Ti Black
HX1000i PSU
Noctua Cooler
Windows 10 Pro, updates current

Issue:

Cpu will get stuck at 3.3 Ghz, regardless of bios settings

Only way to fix is to reset the bios to defaults.

It seems to happen at random. I'm running all voltages on auto, performance mode set to Multi-Core. Turbo/Speedstep/Enhanced Turbo enabled.

I've confirmed the speed with the Asrock utility/ cpu-z and a few other cpu monitoring apps, all report the same.

Bios is the current 1.5.

Also, loading defaults, sets my CPU input voltage to 2.1v - why? Should the default be AUTO?

Does this board really support skylake cpu's as it should?
